Cookery Classes
Rita’s Gourmet Goa offers cooking classes in a fun filled and informal environment. The classes are small in size, not more than fifteen. The garden gazebo amidst trees, interspersed with wood work, earthen pottery, stone work and ornamental plants adds to the mood of learning cooking in an entirely eco friendly environment. Every student has the freedom to participate in the preparation of recipes even though it is a demonstration workshop and enjoy every moment of the class. At every stage of culinary preparation important tips are offered to the participants. The participants get to savor the dish learned and prepared or if they wish they could take it home to share with their near and dear ones. The participants are encouraged to try at home time and again the dishes learn’t and so also seek clarification from us in case of any difficulty. The ultimate goal at Rita’s Gourmet Cookery Classes is to Celebrate the joy of Cooking.
At Rita’s Gourmet we offer various Programs and Courses.
Programs: We conduct various classes in different Cuisines, Bakes, Cakes and Desserts. These are one day’s program.
Courses : We also conduct comprehensive courses in exclusive Goan, Portuguese and in Italian Cuisines and in Bread Making, Bakes, Cakes and Desserts. These courses are of five to ten days duration.
