Salads: A dish of raw leafy green vegetables, often tossed with pieces of other raw or cooked vegetables, fruit, cheese, or other ingredients and served with a dressing of oil, vinegar etc. Salads come in wide variety right from vegetable salad, fruit salad, seafood salad, chicken salad, egg salad or mixed salad. Most salads are served cold and can be served as Appetizers, or with Main Course or also can be part as Dessert Salad.
